Exciting experiences and activities for the whole family!

This year too, the wildlife park is opening its doors for particularly exciting and eventful summer holidays. A variety of highlights and activities are provided, offering unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.
A special highlight are the many young animals that you can experience up close. From the young wild cats and lynxes, who explore their surroundings with the joy of discovery, to the cute newcomers who curiously take their first steps, the park offers a fascinating variety of young wildlife. And don't forget the numerous descendants of the fallow deer, red deer and mouflon, who take visitors' hearts by storm with their playfulness and charm.
But that is only the beginning! Embark on a fascinating journey through the park and learn more about the lifestyle and habits of our animals at our large-scale feeding sessions, which take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our dedicated animal keepers Jana and Florian enjoy sharing exciting stories about marmots, otters, wild cats, minks, pine martens, lynxes and deer. The meeting point is at 3:45 p.m. at the entrance to the falconry.
Our falconer provides fascinating insights into the world of birds of prey during the daily air shows. These take place during the holidays on weekdays at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and on Sundays at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
This year's summer holiday program offers a variety of exciting and creative activities for children of all ages. The highlight for younger visitors is certainly the Punch and Judy show, which presents funny and exciting stories. Children can also be transformed into their favorite animals or fantasy characters with face painting.
Our popular nature trail has been supplemented with new plantings and made more informative with some new signs.
There is also news at the bee house. July 6th and 7th is “German Beekeepers Day”. On this occasion, the Beekeepers Association Selfkant e.V. invites you to the open day in the apiary on both days with nice activities and lots of interesting information about bees.
With so many impressions and activities, shady trees and benches invite you to relax. Children can have fun in the adventure playground, while a kiosk provides refreshments and snacks. For a real refreshment, we recommend our restaurant, which has a large sun terrace and a beautiful view of nature and mouflon herds.
The wildlife park is looking forward to welcoming numerous visitors and wishes everyone a great time full of exciting experiences and unforgettable impressions.
