Usually the coat is dark brown with shades of yellow, grey-brown to almost black. Sturdy, strong body with a stumpy tail, muscular hunch over the shoulders.
Diet:
Omnivore, mostly berries, herbage, roots, nuts and mushrooms as well as insects, birds, rodents but also large mammals such as elks, reindeer or bisons, here usually only the young or sick animals.
